Contact and non contact printing machinery used to identify parts. our contact markers use a felt tip to transfer inks to clean and dry work pieces. the contact markers can produce either 1/4 inch or 5/8 inch round spot on a part. these systems can be automated or be hand held. both of these systems incorporate our disposable ink cartridges that can be changed easily to minimize downtime.

our non contact spray markers and spray marking systems are automated systems and they use our ds-10 micro mini marker to spray mark parts. the smallest mark that these spray markers can produce on a consistent basis is 3/8 inch. the distance to spot size ratio is 3:1. if the spray marker is 3 inches from the part then the marker will spray a 1 inch round spot.

also, we are the manufacturer of the printing inks that these systems require to produce the color spots.
