NBG PRINTOGRAPHIC MACHINERY COMPANY (P) LIMITED as a manufacturer / exporter of STAR & NewsSprint web-fed offset presses for the newspapers and contract publishers. Our product portfolio for newspaper and book publishers offers cost effective solutions by supplying new press lines, add-on units, turnkey jobs and consultancy services.
Our manufacturing activities started in 1990 and till date we have supplied over 900 units in India, Europe, C.I.S countires and Far East Asia. We have added our units with Goss Community presses as STAR units are similar in design and performance to Goss Community, and can add our units to web presses of other makes too.
Products :
The Star & NewsSprint web offset presses are single width, single circumference, and coldset presses, having modular construction, quick make ready, with simple design for ease of operation and maintenance. The printing elements of star are mono unit with integral roll stand and 3-colour satellite unit. The mono unit can be stacked maximum up to 4 Hi tower to get full color on both sides of the web (4/4) and the 3-colour satellite in combination of a mono unit or stack unit can print full color one side of the web and single color on the other side of the web (4/1). Of course other color combinations like 2/2 or 4/2 are also possible. The Star press offers various cut-off sizes from 508mm, 533mm, 546mm, 560mm, 578mm and speeds of 16, 000-20, 000-30, 000-36, 000(NewsSprint) impressions per hour, respectively.
