Welfare Measures :
At Rajhans the workforce is treated as a part of an extended family. This has resulted in a policy of workers being supplied with meals free of cost from a central canteen. Accomodation has been provided to a majority of the Rajhans workforce, close to the units. Key personnel have also been provided with vehicles & other comforts. An annual 10 day break during the Navaratri festival sees all of the Rajhans team take off on a holiday tour accompanied by the management. Products :
Over the years Rajhans has handled every kind of printing from the simple to the highly complicated. Its ability to offer complete solutions stems from its wide ranging activities that encompass: Carton Printing : As one of the pioneers in the line in Karnataka, Rajhans has established volume capacity in the production of cases and cartons and is one of the leading suppliers of packaging especially to the agarbathi industry. The line is highly automated and can produce upto 20 lakh cartons a day. Corporate Literature: An impressive range of multi colour offset printing machines, both CPC and standard, in various sizes sees Rajhans produce corporate literature such as brochuers, folders, annual reports, etc for leading companies. Rajhans also produces posters, calendars and other print material on a regular basis for a leading list of clients. Publication : Rajhans publishes its own magazine for which it has a full fledged editorial team. Priyanka, a highly popular Kannada family magazine and Surya, a political magazine are Rajhans' own foray into publishing. Rajhans has the satisfaction of printing a host of news papers, supplements and magazines on a regular basis.
