Printing Process of Ribbon Printing Machine
Ribbon is fed into the machine, which is clamped onto the constant tension unwind mechanism; this tightens the ribbon. Ribbon passes below the print head and is stamped, thereafter it moves over to the registration roller which registers the print. The machine is equipped with die cutter which cuts the ribbon into predetermined length and shape. The ribbon is thereafter discharged from the machine. Central heaters in the machines quickly dry the printing ink to ensure smoothness and clarity of print and also avoid any printing defects.
