Rotogravure Printing with Lamination Machine :

Shree Intertrade Pvt. Ltd., offers Rotogravure Printing cum Lamination Machine, for Flexible Packaging ? Printing Industry. Rugged structure using heavy side frame to ensure vibration free running the machine at high speed. Machines are very robust in construction. Temperature and air controller are provided to get the correct heat and air. Special exhaust system is provided to avoid odors of inks and solvents in the air and on the web for effective drying and for food packaging.

The main features are :
 Impression Rubber Rollers are made from Neoprene Rubber with 50 to 55 hardness, plus additional bearings provided inside Hub for vobble free shaft rotation. Lockouts with pneumatic control.
 Winding and Unwinding balanced shafts from EN 31 plus hard steel with cones and locknuts assembly.
 Distance between each printing station is 40" max. (heater cover to heater cover).
 Doctor blade movement 10 to 12 mm only.
 Wrinkle removal rollers unwinding & winding one each plus one each on every printing station
 All rollers and shaft are mounted on SKF/FAG/TATA bearings.
 Automatic Web Tension Control System unwinding and rewinding.

Electric Control Panel :
 Floor mounted / wall mounted anticorrosion epoxy painted control panel with both side air ventilation, pin type hinged doors, fully openable.
 Control Panel for individual printing stations anticorrosion epoxy painted with both side air ventilation with hinged fully openable with adequate length and width.
 Provision for Main machine shut off switch on each printing station panel, for emergency shut off.
