Infeed Unit
This unit isolates the web tension between the unwinder and the first printing unit.
Digital A.C drive having load cell or dancer roll feedback.
Infeed steel roller can also be used for web pre conditioning by hot oil or water circulation through rotary union.
Printing Units
Designed for shafted or hollow printing cylinders
Special bearing housings ensure quick and easy changeovers.
Individual gear box with enclosed oil bath lubrication for all printing units.
Common digital A.C drive for all printing units.
Doctor Blade Unit
Pneumatically loaded pressure application.
Horizontal, Vertical & Angular adjustment to cover the full range of print cylinder circumference
Tool less doctor blade holders for quick and easy changeovers
Inking Unit
Ink tray adjustable in different heights to cover the full range of print cylinder circumference.
Circulation system with flame proof or pneumatic pumps.
Side and rear splash guards enable high speed printing
Impression Roll Unit
Designed for shafted or sleeved rubber rollers.
Pneumatic application with independent pressure control at both ends.
Registration Control Unit
Motorized pendulum or linear compensating assemblies.
Manual or Auto print register control system.
Drying Unit
Single or dual drying hoods with constant width nozzles.
Drying length and air volumes differ depending on the substrates, web widths and printing speeds required.
Exhaust suction spread across the drying hood eliminates solvent fumes
Outfeed Unit
This unit isolates the web tension between the last printing unit & the rewinder.
Digital A.C drive having load cell or dancer roll feedback.
Outfeed roller can also be used for web cooling by water circulation through rotary union.
Rewinder
Simplex, Floor Lifting or Turret with Auto Splicing.

Tension controlled by digital A.C. drive having diameter, load cell or dancer roll feedback.
Side Frames
M.S. side plates supported by cross beams and tie bars and mounted on cast iron base for vibration free performance at maximum speeds.
