Description :
Vacuumatic Limited manufacture the widest range of equipment for counting, batch marking and tabbing from one single source. It makes precision paper counters that use pin-and-blade or rotary disc techniques for counting paper and printed graphic arts materials. Vacuumatic Limited specialise in the supply of counting machines for use in managing secure printed documents, from bank notes and cheques, to pharmaceutical inserts and duty labels.
A new modular range of high speed sheet or note counters, microprocessor controlled with optional programmable batch tabbing with "memory store" for regularly repeated jobs, modern multi-lingual graphical user interface (GUI) display, maximum count speed of 2500 sheets per minute, a self-calibrating vacuum system and RS232 and printer ports for outputting count data to a PC or dot-matrix job ticket printer.
Count speed variable to 2500 sheets per minute, substrate range 25 - 240 gsm, tabbing selection 2 - 9999 and maximum pile capacity 230 mm. The countable minimum sheet size on the standard models is 60 x 110 mm. A special coupon attachment is available for small label/coupon applications making it possible to count rectangular sizes to a minimum 75 x 15 mm in piles of 500 pieces.
